Maria Gocke is an accomplished nonprofit leader with extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance, program development and oversight, and social services. She has served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance for All God’s Children International, where she was responsible for regulatory oversight, performance management, and continuous improvement efforts. Her expertise also includes serving as a Lead Analyst for the U.S. Hague Accrediting Entity, contributing to national standards in child welfare practice. She has been honored to serve on Board of Directors, equipping her with a deep understanding of organizational governance, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness. As a certified Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner, she brings trauma-informed insight to her work with organizations serving vulnerable children and families. In addition to her professional roles, Maria is committed to community service. She is a dedicated CASA Volunteer and an active member and ministry volunteer in her local church. Maria is also a proud firefighter wife and mother of two amazing sons. In her spare time, you can find Maria cheering on her sons, training in her local martial arts dojo, or in her kitchen trying new recipes.
