Trauma-Informed Culture

A trauma-informed workplace culture recognizes that employee well-being and organizational performance are deeply connected. Research indicates that 60–70% of adults have experienced trauma. While 57% of workers report experiencing burnout symptoms, trauma-informed approaches have been proven to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Gocke Consulting’s Trauma-Informed Culture services equip leaders and teams with the knowledge, tools, and practical strategies needed to create a culture grounded in safety, trust, and respect. Through guided implementation, training, and actionable frameworks, organizations learn how to support employee resilience, strengthen communication, and foster a more inclusive and responsive work environment—leading to healthier teams, stronger engagement, and sustainable organizational success.
